Sai Inspires 30th June 2008 ( What is our true source? And how can we reach there?)

Strive to acquire Love. Love is your real property. Realise this truth. There is no other quality greater and valuable than Love. Even if some such quality exists, it is of no real use for the goal of life. Therefore, try to recognise the love manifest in every human being. It is only then, you would have realised your own true nature.....You are not the body, the mind or the intellect. You have to achieve that, from which all these have emanated. Suppose you want ghee (calrified butter). What is its source? Milk. From milk comes curd, from which comes butter, and from butter comes ghee. Therefore, if you go to the source itself, you can be happy....You are not the body, mind, intellect or senses – you are verily the source for all these. Therefore, do not waste your time in the pursuit of all sorts of material possessions.

Berjuanglah untuk mendapatkan love (cinta-kasih), sebab cinta-kasih adalah harta milikmu yang sebenarnya. Sadarilah kebenaran ini. Tiada kualitas lain yang lebih berharga dibandingkan cinta-kasih. Walaupun terdapat kualitas serupa yang eksis, namun mereka tidak ada gunanya dalam upaya untuk mencapai tujuan hidup. Oleh sebab itu, berusahalah untuk mengenali cinta-kasih yang termanifestasikan di dalam diri setiap orang. Sebab hanya dengan demikian, barulah engkau bisa merealisasikan jati dirimu yang sebenarnya.... Engkau bukanlah badan fisik ini, engkau juga bukan mind maupun intellect. Engkau harus mencapai 'sesuatu' yang merupakan sumber dari segala-galanya. Sebagai contoh, apabila engkau ingin mendapatkan ghee, maka apa yang menjadi sumbernya? Yaitu tiada lain adalah susu. Dari susu diperoleh curd, dan dari curd didapatkan butter dan akhirnya dari butter diperolehlah ghee. Oleh sebab itu, jikalau engkau berhasil mendapatkan sumbernya, maka tentunya engkau akan berbahagia... Ingatlah bahwa engkau bukan badan fisik, mind, intellect maupun senses (panca indera) - dirimu yang sejati adalah sumber dari segala-galanya. Oleh sebab itu, janganlah membuang-buang waktumu untuk mengumpulkan harta milik material yang serba temporer ini.
